NECK SHOULDER BACK MASSAGE

If you often sit at the computer, stand for a long time, adopt a wrong posture, you may experience symptoms such as stiffness in the neck and shoulders, headaches and back pain. A deep connective tissue massage is a specific treatment to release muscle tension and relax muscle tissue. We use a particularly energetic and intense touch, with deep manipulations that work locally. The purpose of the massage is to remove knots or muscle contractions that may be causing you pain or reducing your flexibility.

During the treatment we discuss your needs together and choose the most suitable massage techniques. Furthermore, we use custom-selected plant oils and essential oils to give you the best possible experience and leave you completely relaxed and rejuvenated, at home or in the office.

Advantages

A properly performed deep connective tissue massage can reduce muscle tension and stiffness, reduce perceived pain, and improve muscle mobility in the affected area, promoting faster recovery and healing. Manipulations can also promote and stimulate blood and lymph circulation, as well as generate a deep feeling of relaxation and well-being. In some cases, you may experience a mild pain, which should disappear quickly.
