Back Shoulder & Neck Massage
If you often work at a computer, stand for long periods, or adopt poor posture, you may experience symptoms such as stiffness in the neck and shoulders, headaches, and back pain. A deep connective tissue massage is a targeted treatment designed to release muscle tension and relax tight muscle tissue. We use a firm, energetic touch with deep, localized techniques to address the affected areas. The goal of the massage is to relieve knots and muscle contractions that may be causing pain or limiting your flexibility.
